Call for Abstracts for Poster Presentation

The Scientific Committee of the IASGO-CME 2025 in Sapporo welcomes the submission of original abstracts.
Abstracts can only be submitted online through this website.
Submitted abstracts should be prepared by following instructions below.

Submission Period

September 16 (Tue), 2025 – October 31 (Fri), 2025

Instructions

Abstracts must be original and should not have been published or presented at any conference prior to the IASGO-CME 2025 in Sapporo.
All abstracts should be written in English and should not exceed 430 words.
Submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the author(s) to present (if accepted) during the session and time assigned by the Scientific Committee.
Accepted presenters must complete registration with full payment in cash (Japanese yen only) on site on the day of the meeting.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interests (COI)

Every presenter should disclose every Conflict of Interest (COI) whether you have any COI or not at the bottom of the poster.
