(a) The reduced registration fee for Resident, Student, Medical staff are only granted if appropriate certificate or identification card is provided at registration desk. Please check the detailed category list and prepare requirements.

(b) One day fee allows attending ISU2016/JSUR2016 for just one day and you can select the day of your preference.
(c) Accompanying Person can access exhibition area, but registration of Accompanying Person does not include access to scientific programs.
(d) Reservation for Gala Dinner has been closed since capacity is reached.

The on-site registration desk will be located on the 1st floor of the International Conference Hall.

Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen (credit card is available). American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Badge Identification
A name badge is provided at registration desk. For security and regulation purposes, the wearing of the badge is compulsory at all times both inside Makuhari Messe and at all official events organized within the context of the congress.
Registration fees including:
・Admission to sessions/exhibition, congress kit, program book, and lunch for each day
* All registrants are invited to the Welcome Reception on July 19.
Accompanying Person's registration:
Accompanying Person's registration fee is only available to partner and/or family member of registrants.
Accompanying Person can access exhibition area, but registration of Accompanying Person does not include access to scientific programs. Accompanying person are also invited to the Welcome Reception on July 19.
Confirmation
As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number. Please print out and present the confirmation to the registration desk on site to receive your name badge and the congress kit.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations made in writing and received by the Secretariat by April 19, 2016 (JST) will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between April 20-May 31, 2016 (JST) will be refunded 50% of their registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after June 1, 2016 (JST) or for no-shows.
