Information for Oral Session Speakers
-All speakers are requested to bring their presentation data(PPT)on USB Flash Drive or their own computer to PC Preview Center and to upload their presentation data at least 30 min before their session.
- If you use your own computer, please bring your power adaptor.
- The cable to connect to the projector is HDMI; some PCs require a special connector, so if you use your own computer, please be sure to bring your own.
- Speaker Tool displaying your manuscript on PC monitor at the podium is not available.
- All speakers are requested to be seated at the Next Speaker’s seats located in the left front row 15 min. before their session starts.

Information for Poster Session Speakers
1) Presentation Time
For paper poster presentations, each presentation is allotted 6 minutes (4 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for discussion).
Please be present at your poster panel during the time slot designated in the program.
The session chair will notify you when the presentation time has ended. Please follow their instructions and conclude your presentation promptly.
2) Poster Pin-Up and Removal
Please mount your poster on the designated panel within the specified mounting time at the Poster Exhibition Area (Tsukuba International Congress Center, Multipurpose Hall / 2F Lobby).
Posters must be removed promptly by the designated removal time.
Any posters left after the removal time will be removed and disposed of by the Congress Secretariat.

3) Poster Display Guidelines
The presentation number (20 cm × 20 cm) will be prepared by the Congress Secretariat and displayed in advance on the poster board.
Please prepare a title panel including the presentation title, affiliation(s), and author name(s), fitting within 20 cm (height) × 70 cm (width), separate from the main body.
The main poster content should fit within 160 cm (height) × 90 cm (width).
Please include a statement on conflicts of interest at the end of your poster.
Use pushpins to securely mount your poster. Pushpins will be provided at the poster boards.
Disclosure of COI (Conflict of Interest)
All speakers are required to disclose any financial relationship (within the past 3 years) with a biotechnology manufacturer, a pharmaceutical company, or other commercial entity that has an interest in subject matter or materials discussed in the abstract.
