This page is only for overseas applicants who are not members of the Japanese Circulation Society (JCS).
If you wish to present Case Report at JCS2024, please submit your abstract following the instructions shown below.
In JCS2024, there are two categories of Case Report Session.
1) Case Report Session
2) Case Report Session for medical students and young doctors
The meeting is to be held onsite; therefore, an online presentation is NOT available. If you seek any financial support to attend the meeting, you may apply for Travel Grant.
Outline of the Case Report / Eligibility
Only unpublished abstracts on cases of cardiovascular diseases are accepted. Any abstract that has been previously presented as a case report or report of imaging findings will be rejected.
1) Case Report Session
Both the lead author and co-author(s) should be JCS members and have paid the annual fee for 2023 as of the date of submitting the abstract.
2) Case Report Session for medical students and young doctors
The lead author of the abstract should be a fifth- or sixth-year medical student or junior resident as of the date of submitting the abstract. Co-author(s) should be member(s) of the Japanese Circulation Society (JCS).
If you are a medical student, master’s student or junior resident, JCS membership is not an eligibility requirement. Instead, you are required to submit a certificate that verifies your identity. The certificate form can be downloaded from the “online abstract registration”.
If you wish to enroll in the JCS, please complete the enrollment procedures on the following website. You will be given JCS membership upon payment of the membership fee (2,000 yen) and the annual fee for 2023 (15,000 yen for a regular member, 8,000 yen for an associate member).
