Abstract Submission Guideline

For non-Japanese applicants:
Please submit your abstract in Excel format via email at jhfs2020-abs@congre.co.jp

Period for Abstract Submission

April 15 (Wed) - May 14 (Thu) JST12:00, 2020
June 22 (Mon) JST12:00, 2020 ※Final deadline

Abstract submission has been closed.

We will ask speakers who can not come to the venue on the day to submit the presentation data (slides and audio) in advance. It will be broadcast at the venue.
Also, we plan to hold a discussion and Q&A using a web conference tool.

Presentation style

- Oral Presentation or E-Poster

  • * An E-Poster is presented in a PowerPoint slide presentation. Also, a paper-based poster will be displayed.
  • * The Congress Program Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted as an oral or an E-Poster presentation.
  • * The Notice of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting authors’ e-mail address in the middle of June, 2020.

  • 1. Name of author
  • 2. Name of co-author(s)
  • 3. Institutional affiliation(s)
  • 4. Presentation preference ; Oral presentation or E-Poster presentation
  • 5. Title of abstract ; maximum of 20 words
  • 6. Abstract ; maximum of 220 words
    If the abstract contains figures/charts, the maximum number of words is less than 130.
