Call for Abstracts
(International Submissions Welcome)

We warmly invite abstract submissions from overseas researchers and clinicians.

Submission Period

April 16, 2026 (Thu), 12:00 noon – July 15, 2026 (Wed), 12:00 noon (JST)

Presentation Format

All accepted abstracts will be presented as Mini-Oral Presentations.
Selected high-quality abstracts may be upgraded to Oral Presentations.

Language

Abstracts and presentations may be in English or Japanese.

Eligibility

Abstract submissions are open to all researchers and clinicians, including international participants. Membership in the Japan Society for Clinical Anesthesia is not required.

Abstract Guidelines

• Title:
  up to 100 characters (including spaces)
• Body:
  up to 300 words (about 4,500 characters)
• Figures and tables are not permitted
• Maximum: 8 authors, 4 affiliations

Ethics & Originality

• Abstracts must be original and unpublished
• Ethical standards (e.g., the Declaration of Helsinki) must be followed
• Any prior presentation must be clearly disclosed

Conflict of Interest (COI)

All authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest during submission.

Review & Notification

All abstracts will undergo peer review.
Notification of acceptance will be sent by e-mail in late August 2026.
