Participant Registration

Conference Format

The conference will be held in person, with on-demand video streaming available after the event.

To encourage in-person attendance, IDs for on-demand access will be distributed at the venue.
If you choose "on-demand only" participation (i.e., not attending in person), different registration fees apply.
Please note that no refunds will be issued, even in the case of incorrect registration.

Registration System

Registration is managed using the Confit system.
A Confit A-pass account is required. If you do not already have an account, please register for one in advance.

  • Bank Transfer (Virtual Account)

    When selecting "Bank Transfer" during registration, click "Proceed to Payment" to confirm your method. A unique virtual account number will be issued to you.

Important Notes:

  • Each participant will receive a different account number. Group payments are not accepted.
  • We cannot issue refunds for any over payments or incorrect transfers.
  • No other payment methods are available.
  • Onsite registration is possible, but must be completed online. Payments must be made via credit card or through an ATM.
  • Cash payments will not be accepted.
  • No changes or cancellations will be accepted once your registration is complete.

Students must upload a copy of their student ID at the time of registration.

Graduate students should register as either a Member or Non-member.

If you're unable to attend in person due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the conference office.

Access credentials will be sent via email after the in-person conference.

Please note that if you register as “on-demand only” and later decide to attend in person, no refunds will be issued for the fee difference.

Pre-Congress Seminars

Scheduled for Thursday, September 18, 2025 (the day before the main conference).
Please note that printed seminar materials will not be provided.

Luncheon Seminars

Applications open on Friday, August 1.
Those who have completed participant registration may apply via their My Page.

Registration will close when all seats are filled.
Lunch-only reservations (¥1,000 including tax) can be made until Noon, Friday, August 29, also via My Page.

Name Badge (Proof of Participation) & Receipt

Both can be downloaded from My Page.
The name badge includes your registration details.
Please print and bring it with you to the venue.
Badge holders will be provided onsite.
The badge serves as your official proof of participation.
Receipts are also downloadable via My Page.

Cancellation Policy

All payments are non-refundable.
We cannot accept cancellations, duplicate registration cancellations, or fee adjustments under any circumstances, including after payment is complete.
