Eligibility
Available to young surgeons or surgical residents who meet the following criteria:
- Age 40 or under at the time of abstract submission
- Currently working or training outside of Japan
Award
- JPY 70,000
- Registration fee waived
Application
- Applicants must first submit an abstract via the Call for Abstracts page.
- Once your abstract has been successfully submitted, please email the Management Secretariat（jshbps2027-abs@m.congre.co.jp）with the following:
- 1)brief statement indicating your intention to apply for a Travel Grant
- 2)Your curriculum vitae (CV)
- 3)A copy of your passport showing your birth date (to verify your age)
- 4)Please use the following subject line:
Apply for JSHBPS2027 Travel Grant_<<Abstract Submission ID>>
Notes
- Abstract and presentation materials must be submitted in English.
- Applicants should handle their visa application.
