Type of Presentation

Each abstract must be submitted as a free paper presentation.
Computer-based presentation only (film slides or videotapes are not allowed)

Please send your abstract to us (Congress Secretariat) at the following email address (jsoprs2020@congre.co.jp) in a Word document.
After submission, you will receive an email confirming the receipt of your abstract.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact the congress secretariat.

Acceptance Notice

Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the authors by email in late April.

Submission Guidelines

• A presenter may make only one presentation as the first author.
• List 9 co-authors or less and 5 institutions or less.
• Abstracts must be written in English and the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion should be clearly stated.
• The abstract title should be no longer than 120 characters including spaces, affiliation should be concise and the body of the abstract should no longer than 1,200 characters including spaces.  The shortened abstract title should be no longer than 30 characters including spaces.
• Tables and figures should not be included.
