- Registration fee will be waived for nonmember participants from overseas. Please show your passport at the registration desk.
- On-site Registration only.
- Please register and receive your name tag at the registration desk.
- All congress participants are required to wear their name tag in order to enter the sessions and exhibition.
- Name tags cannot be re-issued either during or after the meeting.
- For domestic participants, please check the Japanese website for registration fee.
Cloakroom
Cloakroom is located on the 2F and 3F of Royton Sapporo.
Pictures Prohibited
Taking photos and videos inside oral session rooms is prohibited.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the venue.
Exhibition and Book Sales
Exhibition will be held in as follows:
-Royton Hall A, Royton Sapporo 3F
-Foyer, Royton Sapporo 2F and 3F
Book Sales is available at Crystal A, Royton Sapporo 2F.
Luncheon Seminar
Luncheon Seminars will be held on April 13th and 14th with lunch boxes.

Wireless local area network can be used in Entrance Hall, Royton Sapporo 1F and Cafe Duet, Sapporo Geibunkan 1F.
Break Area
Break Areas are located in Cafe Duet, Sapporo Geibunkan 1F and Crystal B, Royton Sapporo 2F.
Lost and Found
Found items will be handed over to the General Information Desk at Entrance Hall, Royton Sapporo 1F.
