If you have an idea for a session you would like to submit to WCMic2015 Program Committee, here is what to do:

Determine if you'd like to organize a symposium, a hybrid
symposium, or a platform session. Read about the difference between symposia, hybrid-symposia and platform sessions. Important: Review the duties and deadlines on this chart to understand the organizer responsibilities. |

Download an appropriate form and fill out the form with necessary information by the deadline (details below). |

| 3. |
Email the application form to Dr. Mayumi KAJIMURA at myk30@z5.keio.jp |

| 4. |
Final decisions about which symposia will be undertaken are the decision of the Core Scientific Committee and the International Scientific Programme Committee. The results will be notified in early May of 2014. |
