The 8th ASIAN CONFERENCE for FRAILTY AND SARCOPENIA

Dear colleagues,

We are delighted to cordially invite you to participate in the 8th Asian Conference for Frailty and Sarcopenia (ACFS) to be held from October 27 to 28, 2022 in Nagoya, Japan. In the last 2 years we were not allowed to see in person in ACFS due to the pandemic, but this year we are planning to organize a face-to-face conference. Due to the current situation, we are also welcome you to participate on line.

The ACFS is an international scientific event, which is organized every year and welcomes a wide number of participants from all over the world, involved in sarcopenia, frailty and cachexia fields. This annual meeting covers every item from evolution to definition, from basic research to the latest therapeutic managements and prevention. As you know our activities have been quite successful considering the consensus for sarcopenia by the Asian Working Groups for Sarcopenia.

This meeting will also provide an opportunity for healthcare professionals to come and share the recent findings from research, and debate the main issues in practice and education to improve the quality of care for older people.

We are all looking forward to seeing you in Nagoya, Japan.
