Message to APSS-APPOS 2021 domestic attendees who plan to join us ON-SITE:
As of May 26, 2021

After careful consideration, due to the continued spread of COVID-19 in Kobe and the surrounding area, the Organizing Committee of APSS-APPOS 2021 has decided to ask all domestic attendees to participate ONLINE, except for moderators and/or speakers who are able to safely come to the venue. All the same, APSS-APPOS 2021 will provide sessions by live-stream and on-demand as planned.

We are thankful for today’s technology which allows us to gather together, learn together, and connect with one another even under these circumstances. We hope to see you all soon!

Message to all APSS-APPOS 2021 International Attendees:: The Organizing Committee of APSS-APPOS 2021 has decided to ask all attendees located outside of Japan to only participate online (not onsite) for the upcoming APSS-APPOS 2021 meeting, since the number of COVID-19 cases in Kobe, Japan remains unpredictable, and the current policy of restricting entry of foreign visitors by the Government of Japan is so strict for us to welcome overseas attendees in-person. Thus, while disappointing, given the current pandemic circumstances and our wish to keep all attendees safe, please kindly understand our decision.

**	Registration Notice for Trainee and Nurse (including student)

Reminder that by checking the box for trainee or nurse, at the online registration page, you will be required to upload an official document stating your name, affiliation, position and date of the document should be issued within 6 months.

*******	Applicable low income countries：Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Sri Lanka, Vietnam. This is based on your current country of residence.

Certificates

Certificate of Attendance	will be available from June 10, 2021 on your registration page
Certificate of Presentation	will be available for first author and co-author(s) who completed congress registration. If you wish to have the certificate of presentation(s), please let us know via e-mail (apps-appos2021@congre.co.jp), by June 30, 2021. The certificate will be sent to you after the meeting ends, sometime in early July.

Disclaimer

In order to verify your registration, all required fields must be completed.
If your membership number and/or other required fields are not properly completed, you will receive a request from the Congress Secretariat to revise the information correctly. If we are not able to confirm the correction, we may cancel your registration and delete your data from our registration records.
Those who registered for the congress will receive access code to for viewing live and on-demand streaming. It is strictly prohibited to share the access code with others. The secured access code will only be valid on one device. If unauthorized access is detected, the access code which were used for the unauthorized access may be rendered invalid for the rest of the congress.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card.　American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.

Receipt

Receipt for registration payment is available on your registration page.

Confirmation

As soon as we confirm your application and payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat.

Cancellations received up to and including May 13, 2021 – 50% Refund handling fees.
From May 14, 2021 onwards – No refund will be made.
