How to Registration
Please fill in the Registration Form below and email to the Congress Secretariat (atsc2019@congre.co.jp).
Payment
- Payment by credit card is acceptable.
- The following credit cards are acceptable; VISA, MasterCard.
Confirmation
Upon completion of your payment, you will receive email for registration confirmation.
Receipt
Receipts will be issued on-site at the registration desk of the venue upon request.
Change/Cancellation
Please note that cancellations are not accepted and registration fees, etc. are non-refundable.
Registrations are non-transferable. You will not be able to transfer the right of your registration to any other persons.
How to get your name badge
ATSC2019 will provide email confirmations. Please ensure that you carry a printed copy of the Registration Confirmation Sheet to get your badge at registration desk at the convention venue. Please note that badges will not be mailed in advance.
Do I need a visa?
In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, to enter Japan.
For details of the procedures, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan or contact the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, since required steps to obtain visas vary from country to country.
The organizer of ATSC2019 is pleased to offer letters of invitation to assist delegates in obtaining visa for entering Japan to participate in the ATSC2019.
Registrants in the delegate, speaker/chair, student or accompanying person are able to make a request for the visa support documents. Due to the official nature of visa documents issued by the congress organizer, pre-registration including full payment is required to request a set of documents to support your visa application. After completing your registration and full payment, please fill in the visa support request form below bottom and submit it. Please note that your application will be reviewed by the organizer and in some cases issuance of documents may be declined.
Please also note that the documents issued by the organizer do not assure the applicants of obtaining the visa but will be judged by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate where you have applied for your visa. The Japanese Embassy or Consulate may also have their own separate requirements for other documents.
