Conflict of Interest (COI)

All first authors are required to disclosure of conflicts of interest status in past two years.
At oral presentation, please put the COI slide in the first slide,(or next to the slide to introduce the abstract or presenter slide).
At poster presentation, please put the COI slide at the end of the slide.

Chairperson

Please come to the next chairperson’s seat at the venue in the right front 10 minutes before the session starts. Progress will be left up to the chairperson, but please observe the time.

Progress

Please follow the instructions of the chairperson. Duration of presentation is different each. Please refer to the content which we sent by email in advance.
Yellow lamp turns 1minute before the end of presentation, Red light turns at the end of the presentation. Please follow the schedule for smooth progress.

Speakers

Please make presentation slides in following language (please see the list) and bring your own laptop or USB flash drive. Please come to the next speaker’s seat at the venue in the left front before the session starts.

Preparation of Presentation Slides

  • Presentation slides data must be prepared by Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013, and the following OS standard (Windows7) fonts: English Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New, Georgia
  • Screen resolution should be no more than XGA (1024 x 768).
  • Please name your file as : "Session name_Speaker’s name "
  • To smooth progress, please refrain to use of "Presenter tools". And if you require Presentation Paper, please print it out in advance.
  • If you use Macintosh Computer or use video, please bring your laptop.
  • Presentation slides data cannot be fixed at PC Preview Corner, please bring the final presentation slide.

How to bring the presentation slides data

  • Bring your presentation slides data on a Windows readable USB flash drive.
  • Please save only the presentation slides data in a USB flash drive.
  • Please bring as a backup to use video files in the case of PowerPoint 2010, 2013.
  • In order to avoid virus infection, please scan your data with updated anti-virus software beforehand.
  • After creating your presentation slides data, please make sure to work correctly on other PC.
  • If you have a reference file such as movie or sound, please save them into a same folder.
  • The movie data can be played only with the standard Media Player.
    WMV format is recommended.
  • For troubleshooting and backup, please bring your PC laptop.
  • Your presentation data loaded to the server, it will surely be deleted by the congress secretariat after the congress.

Speakers using their own laptop

  • Bring your laptop to PC Preview Corner 30min before your session starts.
  • After finished checking your presentation at PC Preview Center, please bring your laptop to a PC operator seat near by the podium. After finished your presentation, your laptop will return at the PC operator seat.
  • Please make sure to bring AC power cable with you. Running your computer with battery only might cause a trouble.
  • D-sub 15pin female output to connect is prepared at PC preview Center. Special video output cable is required for some laptops to use the D-sub 15pin. Please note that we do not have that special cable and you must bring it if it is necessary.
  • Please turn off the screen-saver and energy saving mode beforehand and also please release password.

PC operation during your presentation

A monitor and a mouse are set up on a podium. Please control to feed page by yourself.
It is also same in case to bring own laptop.

Poster Presentation : For Chairperson and Speakers

For Chairperson

Please come to “Registration for Poster” in front of the venue, no later than 10 min before the presentation starts. A pointer and a ribbon will be given. Progress will be left up to the chairperson, but please observe the time.

Poster session will be held in 2 days during the congress. Please display your poster on July 9 (Thu) 8:40 -9:00 if you can.

Poster Board
Example Slide
  • Please follow the schedule to display of your poster.
  • Poster Board Size is shown in the diagram to the right.
  • Presentation number (20cm x 20cm) will be prepared by Secretariat.
  • Please prepare a label (20 x 70) showing the title, institution and the speaker's name.
  • Please summarize abstract body is 160cm x 90cm.
  • Pins for mounting will be available on your poster board.

  • The presenters should arrive at their poster panel no later than 5 min before their scheduled presentation time.
  • When you have a presentation, please put the speaker ribbon on your chest.
  • After the session finished, it will have the free discussion. Please wait in front of your panel.

Poster removal

Please follow the schedule to remove of your poster.
Any posters remaining over the removal time will be disposed of by the secretariat.

Poster Award

Award will be given to presentations which were selected by selection committee of the congress and display as the Best Poster Award.
The presenters who win the award will give a presentation again at Room 6 (Sendai International Center Exhibition Building 1F “Meeting Room 3”) on July 10 (Fri) 16:10 – 18:10.

Announcement

A ribbon will be put on the poster panel of the Best Poster Award. Also the name will be announced at side slides and the contact member board (nearby information desk on 2F)

Ceremony

The ceremony will be held after the presentation of the awardee.
