Virtual Meeting / Q&A
Due to the continued uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 virus and, most importantly, protecting the health and safety of speakers and participants during this pandemic, the entire meeting of the 28th Annual Meeting of Japan Breast Cancer Society will be held virtually from October 9 (Fri) to 31 (Sat), 2020 with some live streamed sessions.
Please note the following general outline of the meeting and we hope this information answers any questions you may have.
1. Virtual Meeting Period
◆Live-Streamed Sessions: International video session, Oral Sessions, Meet the Expert, Poster Tour (only in Japanese), Patient advocate seminar, and Sponsored seminars.
Note: Pre-registration is required for the Meet the Expert and the Poster Tour.
Dates:16:00 October 9 (Fri) – 18 (Sun), 2020
Note: Time/Date of each live streamed session will be posted later on our official website.
◆On-demand sessions (Sessions other than above)
The following sessions will be available on-demand after the live-streaming:
International video session, Oral sessions, and Patient Advocate Seminar
Dates: 16:00 October 9 (Fri) - 18:00 October 31 (Sat), 2020 <JST>
The virtual meeting platform will be displayed on our official website closer to the virtual meeting dates.
Once you complete your registration and payment, you can access the on-demand sessions as many times as you wish and at any time you wish.
Please note that it is not possible to use your log-in ID simultaneously in multiple devices.
Video recordings, voice recording, taking photos including screen shots, and downloading of any of the presentation data (including slides, images, videos) and abstracts for the 28th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Breast Cancer Society are strictly prohibited.

To participate in the virtual Meeting, online registration and completion of payment are required.
Please visit the registration page for details. (The registration system is available only in Japanese; therefore, please contact the secretariat (email@example.com) to receive the offline form.
Noon, Tuesday, August 25 - Noon, Friday, October 30, 2020 (JST)
Payment will be accepted in Japanese yen by credit card only.
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
A log-in ID specifically for the virtual meeting platform will be required and it will be provided via e-mail and on the “My Page” of the registration system after the completion of the credit card payment.
Confirmation of the registration and a receipt will be available from the designated page of the registration system.
