1. Registration Fees

*Reception for all the participants will be held on Friday Evening, October 14, at Yokohama Royal Park Hotel.
2. Registration Methods

Early registration is available through this web site, as below.
【On-site registration】
Please come to the registration desk at the meeting venue, and complete your registration there.
3. Payment Methods
You can pay your early registration fees by credit card.
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, or Dinersclub credit cards can be used.
For on-site registration, payment by credit card or cash will be accepted.
4. Confirmation of your early registration / Name Badge
When your registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. As the email will contain important information such as your registration number, please keep it with care. You will need to cite your registration number when you send us an inquiry about your registration.
Please pick up your name badge, certificate of attendance, pocket-sized program book, and congress bag at the registration desk.
A receipt for your registration fee will be attached to the certificate of attendance.
5. Change / Cancellation
If there is any change to your registered information, please contact the Registration Support Office before the early registration period closes.
If you cancel your registration before Noon, September 9, 2016(JST), the balance will be refunded to you after the deduction of our handling fee of JPY 3,000. Please inform the Registration Support Office of your cancellation and take the necessary procedures.
After Noon, September 9, 2016(JST), cancellation of your registration will not be accepted and no refund will be available.
6. Visa documents
As you may know, a valid passport is required to enter Japan and a visa may also be required for certain countries. We recommend that you check with the Japanese Embassy or Consulate General in your home country for information on entry formalities. The Registration Support Office will prepare all the necessary documents, such as an official invitation letter if you complete early registration to this meeting.

7. Privacy policy
Your personal information registered for this meeting will be used only for operation of the Japanese Society of Hematology and the 78th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology, by Congress Corporation according to the terms of its privacy policy, on consignment from the Japanese Society of Hematology.
