- A domestic student is required to bring and show your student ID at the registration desk on-site.
- A student from overseas or doctor-in-training is requested to prepare and bring “a certified document” signed by your direct supervisor.

- Your nametag will be provided at the venue.
- There is early bird registration (from November 11, 2017 to February 28, 2018).
- Online registration will be closed on May 10, 2018, at 16:00 JST. Please make online registration well in advance to avoid unforeseen circumstances as access concentration is expected just before the deadline.
- After the deadline of online registration, we can only accept on-site registration.
- Cancellation is NOT acceptable after the registration for any reason. There is no refund (for cancellation) after registration is completed.

Registration Procedure
- Click on "Register Now". Register your profile and create your account.
- After completion of account creation, you will receive a confirmation email of account creation with an instruction for payment of registration fee. Please note your registration is not completed without payment process.
- Complete payment of registration fee. We can only accept credit card payment (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club and JCB).
- After your payment, a registration confirmation email will be sent to you.
Please save and bring this email to the venue in order to receive your name badge.

Method of Payment
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.
Registration Confirmation / Receipt
Your nametag and receipt will be provided at the venue.
Be sure to print out and save your email confirmation for your records. Please bring your email confirmation with you to the venue and submit it in exchange for your nametag, receipt and congress kit.

- Providing information on the Joint Meeting of the 47th annual meeting of the Japanese Society of Interventional Radiology (JSIR2018) and the 13th International Symposium of Interventional Radiology (ISIR2018) responding and other future related Conventions.

Abstract Book
The abstract book of this meeting will be mailed to JSIR Member/ Associate Member in May 2018, no matter whether members make pre-registration.
The abstract book is not included in registration fee, so it will not be mailed to JSIR Non-Member before the meeting.
