1.  Check the COVID-19: Current Japanese Border Measures. 2.  Refrain from attending the congress in person when you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, cough, breathing difficulty or other respiratory symptom, or you are a close contact person. 3.  Compete the Health Declaration Form in advance and submit to 1F, Fukuoka International Congress Center. 4.  Check your temperature by thermal camera at the entrance of congress venue and the sticker will be issued. Put the sticker on your name card. In case your temperature exceeds the regulation, you may be asked to leave the venue. 5.  Wear a mask at all times inside the congress venue. Maintain a safe distance from others. Clean your hands often using an alcohol-based hand rub.
