The 74th Annual Congress of the Japan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology

For oral session presenters

On-site (in-person) presenters

*Except for the speakers of overseas invited lecture 1 & 2, Honorary Member Lecture

You need to submit the presentation video for the on-demand streaming prior to the on-site congress.
You will come to the congress venue and make a presentation again in-person.
Submitted presentation video will not be streamed at the congress venue.

Online presenters

You need to submit the presentation video to be streamed at the congress venue as well as at the on-demand (virtual) site. There will be no on-line participation to the sessions (except some sessions).

Manuals for the recording of presentation data】

For poster session presenters (online)

You will upload the poster data (PDF) in advance, and secretariat will print out the poster and post it at the congress venue. There will be no on-line participation to the sessions.

Poster format and requirements】

1.	Refer to To Poster Session Speakers for poster details.
2.	Submit the data in PDF format (PowerPoint is not accepted).
3.	Posters must be in A0 portrait format or 35 inches wide by 78 inches tall.
4.	Include abstract title, presenter’s name, affiliation, Disclosure of COI
5.	Fonts must be embedded.

Uploading Deadline

July 14 (Thu.)

*ID and Password to access the uploading system will be sent individually by e-mail by July 1.
