How to attend the congress
Registration
All participants need to register in advance through the online registration system.
＊Please create your account first for the registration.
At the Venue (Dejima Messe Nagasaki)
Show your Registration Confirmation which can be downloaded from “My Page”, at the reception desk to receive your name badge. It is required for access to all sessions, the poster area, exhibits and other Annual Meeting events.
- For PC users: Print your registration confirmation and bring it to the reception desk
- For smartphone users: Show your “My Page” at the reception desk

Luncheon Seminars
Luncheon seminars are held each day during the lunch period and lunch boxes will be provided in each seminar rooms. Numbered seminar ticket will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. *Seminars are conducted in Japanese

Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception will be held on April 27 at Nagasaki Dejima Wharf. It will be a great opportunity to have an enjoyable evening with other congress participants! Due to limited capacity, early registration is recommended.

*Shuttle bus from Dejima Messe Nagasaki (congress venue) to Nagasaki Dejima Wharf (reception venu) runs from 17:00 to 18:10 every 10min.
On the way back, it leaves around 20:10 to JR Nagasaki Station (adjacent to Dejima Messe).
*Register via “My Page” after the congress registration by noon JST on April 27. The reception is limited to 300 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have already registered for the JSPRS2023 and would like to attend the reception, please register by cliking the additional registration button in "My Page".
Transportation
Since this is right beginning of the holiday week in Japan, train stations and airports are expected to be very crowded. Please allow plenty of time to get to these locations and for check-in/boarding. (Especially for those departing from Fukuoka Airport). Please check “Access” for more information.
