The Welcome Reception will be held on April 27th, the second day of the JSPRS2023. If you have already registered for the JSPRS2023 and would like to attend the reception, please register via "My Page". See “Welcome Reception” for details.

The 66th Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (JSPRS) will be held in combination of on-site and partial on-demand streaming as follows.
On-site: April 26 (Wed) - April 28 (Fri), 2023 *No live streaming is available.
Online: May 19 (Fri) - June 9 (Fri), 2023 *Japanese site only

Your participation style can be changed from on-site / online (on-demand) to the other even after registration.
Web Viewing ID for on-demand streaming will be issued for all attendees.

*1) Members of the societies that have been/will soon be agreed upon in the MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) are considered MOU/MOU candidate members. Need to be verified his/her membership in MOU societies with an official certificate or letter.

*2) Residents / Students: Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.

*3) Medical Staff: Nurses, pharmacists, and radiologists belong to this category. Need to be verified with an official certificate or letter stating their definite affiliation and country of residence.

Online Registration Method

All attendees need to register through online registration system.
*On-site registration is not available.
Those who are going to register under the MOU category, please prepare an official certificate or a letter stating your definite affiliation and country of residence for uploading.

Registration Process

1. Click the “Registration / Sign In” button below.
2. Create an account. *Take note of your ID and Password for further procedures.
3. Sign in to the registration system.
4. Choose your category. (Upload an official certificate for MOU registration.)
5. Fill out your information.
6. Make payment.
7. Registration is complete.

Registration will be completed only with full payment.
A registration complete message will be sent to your registered e-mail address. If you do not receive the e-mail within 24 hours, please contact the registration office by e-mail.
However, you may not be able to receive the e-mail because of the security level of your devise.
Please take note of your ID and the password to sign-in your personal page（“My Page”）where you can always confirm the latest status of your registration.

Payment Method / Cancellation Policy

Payment should be made only in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card and is possible only through the online registration system.

VISA , MasterCard, AMEX, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

All fees are non refundable after successful registration.

For On-site Attendance:
Your name badge will be issued at the reception desk in the venue.
Show your Registration Confirmation that can be downloaded from your “My Page” to get your name badge.

For PC users: Print the registration certificate and bring it to the reception
For smartphone users: Show your “My Page” at the reception

Admission to all sessions, poster area, exhibits, and other events associated with the annual meeting requires a name badge.

For Online Attendance (On-demand Streaming):
Sign in to the virtual congress page (the details will be advised later) using the Web Viewing ID indicated in your “My Page”.

Welcome Reception

The Welcome Reception will be held on April 27 at Nagasaki Dejima Wharf. It will be a great opportunity to have an enjoyable evening with other congress participants! Due to limited capacity, early registration is recommended.

Venue：	Nagasaki Dejima Wharf *Shuttle bus will be available from Dejima Messe Nagasaki

Price：	3,000 JPY per person for buffet dinner and drinks Please bring your Registration Confirmation with you to receive your name badge for the Welcome Reception.

*Register via “My Page” after the congress registration by noon JST on April 27. The reception is limited to 300 participants on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have already registered for the JSPRS2023 and would like to attend the reception, please register by cliking the additional registration button in "My Page".
