How to Register
1. How to Access the Registration System
Please click the “Register from Here” button at the bottom of this page to proceed to the Registration System.
2. New Account (Contact Information) Registration
* Please note: You will not be able to click the “Confirm” button unless all required fields have been completed.
* Please set a password to log in to “My Page”.
After completing the registration, you may revise your account information and apply for additional options via “My Page” until the registration deadline.
3. Registration
Once your account registration is complete, please go to “My Page” and click “Click here for the registration fee payment page” button, then select your category to complete the registration.
Registration for the Welcome Reception will be available after completing the registration.
4. Payment Methods
Online Credit Card Payment Only.
The currency for payment will be Japanese Yen. Registration fees are non-refundable.
5. Confirmation Email
Once the payment process is completed, a confirmation email containing your registration details will be sent to the email address you provided.
Please be sure to check the email to ensure that all information is correct.
