*1 Regular Members and Associate Members of the Japanese Society of Hypertension (JSH) are required to enter their membership number during online registration.
Regular Members include Council Members and Special Regular Members.
Honorary Members and Distinguished Members will receive a separate invitation. Please wait for further information.

*2 Healthcare Professionals include nurses, pharmacists, registered dietitians, public health nurses, medical laboratory technologists, physical therapists, and other allied healthcare professionals.
*3 Please submit a certificate issued by the head of your institution (any format is acceptable).
*4 Please upload a valid ID or student ID through the online registration system.
Registration Procedure
Click the "Registration" button to access the online registration system.
On the registration page, click "Create Account" and enter your name, affiliation, contact information, e-mail address, and other required information.
Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory and must be completed.
After completing the form, click "Review" at the bottom of the page to confirm the information you have entered. If everything is correct, click "Submit" to complete your registration.
Payment of Registration Fees
Only credit card payments are accepted.
*Payment should be made in Japanese yen, and can be made by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB or Diners Club) only.

Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Please ensure that you do not register more than once. - Registration Confirmation, Receipt, and Certificate of Attendance
A registration confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically once your registration has been completed.
After your payment has been confirmed, you will be able to log in to My Page. From My Page, you can download your Registration Confirmation and Receipt. Please print your Registration Confirmation and bring it with you to the venue on the day of the meeting.
The Registration Confirmation and Receipt will be issued in digital format only. Printed copies will not be issued or mailed.
The Certificate of Attendance will be available for download from October 13 (Tue) to November 30 (Mon), 2026.
