Presentations are limited to PC presentations. Please complete PC check-in at the Speaker Ready Desk no later than 45 minutes before your presentation (30 minutes before the first morning session). After check-in, speakers should be seated in the front-left area of the session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts (30 minutes if bringing your own PC). Presentation data will be deleted after the meeting.

Conference PCs: Windows 11 and Microsoft PowerPoint (Microsoft 365).
Slides should be prepared in 16:9 format.
Recommended fonts: Century, Century Gothic, Arial and Times New Roman.
If videos are used, store them in the same folder as the presentation file and notify the PC desk if audio is included.
Bring backup data, power adapter and any necessary video-output adapters. HDMI connection is required. Disable screen savers and power-saving settings. Presenter View cannot be used. The computer will be placed at the operator desk and slides controlled from the podium mouse and keyboard.

Poster pins will be provided by the Secretariat. Presenters should wear the presenter ribbon and stand by their poster board at least 10 minutes before the session.
October 11: Mounting 07:00-08:20, Removal 17:10-18:00.
Posters remaining after the removal period will be discarded by the Secretariat.
Poster display area: Width 90 cm × Height 160 cm. Abstract number area (20 cm high) is prepared by the Secretariat. Title, affiliation and author information area is 20 cm high and should be prepared by presenters. Total panel height is approximately 210 cm.

For oral sessions, please be seated at the Next Chairperson Seat no later than 15 minutes before the session.
Please ensure that the session adheres to the scheduled timetable.
The first author and all co-authors must disclose any conflicts of interest for the previous three years. Disclosure categories include: executive/consulting positions, stock ownership, patent royalties, lecture fees, manuscript fees, commissioned or collaborative research funding, scholarship donations, affiliation with endowed chairs funded by industry, and industry-related travel or gifts. COI information must be disclosed on presentation slides or posters. Registered COI information will be retained for two years under the supervision of the Society and then discarded.
