Registration

The 38th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Radiation Oncology (JASTRO2025) will be convened as an on-site meeting. You can participate in the congress on-site.
Please be informed that most of the programs will be in Japanese, and there are some sessions in English.

Payment

Once your registration form is received, the Registration Secretariat will contact you via e-mail and advise how to make your payment of the registration fee.

Note:
Payment must be made in Japanese yen by credit card. American express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are accepted.

Confirmation

As soon as we confirm your payment, we will send you a confirmation by email bearing your registration number.
Please print out and present the confirmation to the General Information on site to receive the name badge.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Kindly note that once the participation fee has been paid, it is non-refundable regardless of the reason.

Advance Registration for Co-hosted Seminars

Pre-registration is required to attend the co-hosted seminars.
If you would like to participate, we will accept your reservation, kindly check the appropriate boxes in the answer section of the Registration Form.

Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation from the Registration Secretariat.
Please note that registration may not be accepted if the seminar is fully booked.
