In this page, registration of (1) JATS2023 sessions, (2) AATS/JATS Aortic Symposium in Sendai 2023 and (3) Gala Dinner can be available.
To register (2) and (3), the registration of (1) is mandatory.
(1) Registration of JATS2023
The 76th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery will be held onsite and on-demand.

(2) AATS/JATS Aortic Symposium in Sendai 2023
Period: October 22 (Sun.), 8 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Venue: The Westin Sendai (2F)
To attend the AATS/JATS Aortic Symposium in Sendai 2023, it is necessary for all the attendees to complete the online registration above.
The registration of (1) is mandatory for the registration of (2).

(3) Gala Dinner

To attend the Gala Dinner, it is necessary to apply for it by online.
The registration of (1) is mandatory for the registration of (2).
Handling of Personal Information
All personal information collected through registration to participate in the 76th Annual Scientific Meeting of the Japanese Association for Thoracic Surgery will be used only for the purposes of organizing the Conference. The registered personal information will be appropriately managed with necessary security measures taken.
Payment of Registration Fee
Only by credit card.
Please note that the registration fee cannot be refunded after the completion of registration by any personal reasons.
Confirmation of Registration
After completing online registration, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 60 minutes after registration, you may have entered a wrong email address or not completed the procedure. In this case, please contact the JATS Office (meeting@jpats.org).
Issuance of Name Card and Receipt
Certificate of Attendance
Please print the Certificate of Attendance beforehand and bring it to the meeting venue.
Note：Please wear your name card at all times during the Conference period. If you do not, you will not be allowed to enter the Conference venue.
Receipt
It is possible to download the receipt in your My page after the payment is completed. Please note that receipt cannot be issued after the meeting.
Program
Program will be available from the JATS2023 Website or Web version of MICE navi from around early October. Pocket-size books will be prepared on the day of the meeting.
