Presentation Style

Oral Presentation or Poster Presentation

• The Congress Program Committee will determine whether the abstract will be accepted as an oral or a poster presentation.
• The Notice of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the submitting authors’ e-mail address.

Necessary Information on an Abstract

• Name of author
• Name of co-author(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Presentation preference; Oral presentation or Poster presentation
• Title of abstract; maximum of 20 words
• Abstract; maximum of 220 words
  If the abstract contains figures/charts, the maximum number of words is less than 130.
