APPLICATION AND PAYMENT
Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodations and tours should complete the Application Form and return it to reach JTB no later than September 28, 2012.
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. Personal checks NOT accepted. All payment must be in Japanese yen. The hotel deposit will be credited to your bill when checking out.
Payment should be in the form of:

CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to JTB. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding.
