Registration Information
We request all participants from overseas to register on site.
The registration fee must be paid in Japanese Yen (JPY) cash.

Registration and Payment
Upon arrival at the venue, please proceed to the Registration Desk located in the Entrance Hall on the first floor of Sapporo Convention Center and pay the registration fee.
Kindly note that payment must be made in Japanese yen (JPY) cash. Credit cards and foreign currencies cannot be accepted.
Online registration is also available. Please note, however, that the online registration system is available only in Japanese.
Those who are comfortable using the Japanese-language interface are welcome to register online. All subsequent email communications from the Congress Secretariat will also be sent in Japanese.

Cancellation
Once registration has been completed, cancellations cannot be accepted, and registration fees are non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to provide visa support.
Participants who require a visa are responsible for making the necessary arrangements.
