Due to the pre-judgment schedule, the deadline for the Outstanding Poster Presentation Award will be May 19th (Wed) at noon, as originally announced. Please note that abstracts submitted or revised after noon on May 19th (Wed)
will not be judged.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Please carefully read the following submission guidelines prior to submitting an abstract:

• The abstract must be prepared in English
• The title of the abstract: Limited up to 20 words.
• The body of abstract: Limited up to 400 words.
• Tables, graphs, images and references must not be included.
• Author and co-authors details: maximum 10 authors, Full first and family name(s)
• Affiliation details: maximum 10, department, institution/ hospital, country
  (if relevant)

Oral Presentation

Oral presentation time: 7minutes for presentation, 3minuties for discussion.
The presentation should be prepared using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Poster Presentation

Poster presentation format will be E-Poster. All presenters need to submit E-Poster data during the period. Detailed information will be announced later on the web page.
The official language is English.

Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)

For full transparency, any commercial affiliation is openly declared and identified at the beginning of every presentation / poster to inform the audience about it.
All presentations with or without COI are required to disclose COIs. Please download an example slides to disclose COI from the link below.

Awards

Even if the abstract submission deadline is extended, application deadline for the awards will not be extended.

Outstanding Poster Presentation Award

Twenty presentations will receive the Outstanding Poster Presentation Award.
To be considered for the Outstanding Poster Presentation Award, you only have to provide the 600words summary when you apply.
