Initial trainee/medical staff and medical student are required to submit a scanned data of the certificate below.

How to register

Please register via the “New registration” button at the bottom of the page after reviewing the information below.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen with a credit card. (VISA、MasterCard、JCB、AMEX、Diners Club)

You can choose Pay Now or Pay Later as follows.

	After registration, please put “credit card payment” button and put your credit card information.

●	Pay Later

	After registration, you receive the e-mail that includes My Page URL, ID, Password. Please log in to `My Page‘ and put “credit card payment” button above and put your credit card information.

How to receive your receipt, certificate of attendance, name tag

Receipt

After paying the registration fee, log in to `My Page‘ and download your receipt.

*	Receipt issuance period: From the day of payment completion to June 30(Sun), 2024 23:59 JST

*	The documents are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media.

Certificate of attendance

After paying the registration fee, log in to `My Page‘ and download your certificate of attendance.

*	Certificate of attendance issuance period: From May 29(Wed), 2024 8:00 JST to June 30(Sun), 2024 23:59 JST

*	The documents are available only in digital form. Please note that we are unable to issue them on paper media.

Name tag

You can receive your name tag by showing either (A)your receipt or (B)Registration Confirmation e-mail that you receive after paying the registration fee at the conference general information desk when you arrive at the conference venue. Please wear your name tag while you are attending the conference.

*	Cancellation policy

	Please note that we are unable to cancel registrations that have already been paid for or duplicate registrations, or to provide refunds. Additionally, please exercise care as we are also unable to process changes that would result in a change in fees that have already been paid.

*	Handling of Personal Information

	Please understand that the organizer will use the personal date collected from your registration within the scope of its business purposes related to the conference.
