Submission Dates and Deadline

From September 2 to October 2 (Japan Standard Time) 

Application for Oral / Poster Presentation

The presentation will be oral or poster presentation in English.
Applicants (the presenting authors) for English sessions do not need to be a member of the Japanese Society for Replacement Arthroplasty (JSRA).

*Please note: The final presentation type (oral or poster presentation) will be determined by the congress host.

Best Paper Award of English Session

At this meeting, one outstanding abstract will be selected from among all the submitted abstracts for English sessions and awarded at the social gathering on the evening of the first day of the conference.

<How to apply>

All submitted abstracts will be considered as candidates. The presenting author must be 45 years of age or younger as of February 27, 2026.
*Note: Those who submit an abstract for Poster Presentation are not eligible to apply for the award.

<Selection method>

Based on the evaluation of peer-review.

Regardless of the presentation type preference, please choose one of the following categories:
-THA, BHA
-TKA, UKA
-Others

Notes on Submitting Abstracts

Please download the appropriate form below and submit the completed file via email by the deadline. Submission in other forms is not acceptable.
-PDF conversion of the submission form is prohibited.
-Platform dependent characters are not allowed to use in an abstract.
-No images or figures can be attached to an abstract.

Notification of Acceptance / Rejection

Notification of acceptance/rejection and the final presentation type (oral or poster presentation) will be sent by email in December.
When the submitted abstract is accepted, the presenting author must complete registration to attend the 55th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Replacement Arthroplasty.
