Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation must be notified in writing to the Registration Desk by e-mail (jsrm2020-reg@congre.co.jp).
• A full refund will be paid for cancellations received up to on February 4 (Tue.), 2020.
• No refunds will be paid after February 4 (Tue.), 2020.
• Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress.
• Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
