Selection notification
Those who have submitted an abstract will receive a notification of acceptance to their registered email address in mid-January 2027 (tentative).
Eligibility
Presenters (first authors) must be individual members of the Japanese Society for Regenerative Medicine (JSRM).
If you are not currently a member and wish to apply for membership, please refer to the membership information provided on the JSRM website.
Please note that the official language of JSRM is Japanese, and the ability to read and write Japanese is required for membership.

Abstract Submission Method
Please prepare your abstract as a Word file and submit it as an email attachment to E-mail(jsrm2027-abs@m.congre.co.jp).
The Word file must include the following information:
Name of the presenting author
Membership number
Affiliation
Email address
Co-authors: Up to 8 people
Affiliations: Up to 10 facilities in total
Presentation format: Oral or Poster
Category
Presentation title: Up to 50 characters in full-width equivalent

Regarding the presentation format
General presentations include both oral and poster presentations.
For oral presentations, data will be submitted at the PC reception desk in the presentation venue.

- This conference is primarily held in person. Please note that there will be no remote presentations for any of the presentation formats.
About the Outstanding Presentation Award
At this general meeting, outstanding oral and poster presentations will be recognized with the "Outstanding Presentation Award." Eligible presentations are those where the principal presenter is 45 years of age or younger (as of March 18, 2027).

Request for Disclosure of Conflict of Interest
At this general meeting, we request that all presenters include a conflict of interest disclosure on the second slide (after the title) for oral presentations, and at the end of the poster for poster presenters.
At the outset of your presentation, please indicate if the lead presenter has any conflicts of interest between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026 (and if applicable, provide the relevant details).

Requirements for Submitting a COI Disclosure Statement
- A declaration is required for corporate officers and advisory positions (excluding full-time employment) if annual compensation from a single company or organization exceeds $10,000 or more.
- To own stock, a declaration is necessary if the annual profits (total of dividends and capital gains) from stock in a single company exceed $10,000 or more, or if you own five percent or more of the company’s stock.
- For patent royalties from a company, a declaration is necessary if annual patent royalties per case exceed $10,000 or more.
- A declaration is required for per diem payments (such as lecture fees) exceeding $5,000 or more annually if they come from a single company or organization, paid for attending conferences (including presentations and advice).
- For manuscript fees paid to a company for writing manuscripts, pamphlets, etc., a declaration is necessary if the total annual manuscript fees from a single company or organization exceed $5,000 or more.
- Research funds provided by companies and so forth must be disclosed if the annual total paid for a single research project amounts to $10,000 or more or more. Furthermore, if commissioned research expenses or grants from non-profit entities (e.g., NPOs) or public interest groups (e.g., incorporated associations, incorporated foundations) exceed $100,000 or more annually, and the company, etc., is the sole sponsor of the commissioned research expenses or grants, the principal investigator must disclose them.
- Scholarship donations must be reported if the total amount paid by a single company to a single principal investigator exceeds $10,000 or more annually.
- University-endowed chairs funded by companies, etc., must be disclosed if the individuals disclosing them have ties to those companies.
- Remuneration of $500 or more per year, including travel and gifts not directly related to research, must be declared.
