JUA2019 The 107th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Urological Association

Late-breaking & Encore Session
Call for Late-breaking Abstracts

Don't miss the chance!

Call for Late-breaking Abstracts submission is now open!

Many clinical trials, including industry-initiated and investigator-initiated clinical trials, are being conducted in Japan and abroad. In some of these clinical trials, test results become available after the closure of submission, while the results of others may be presented at international scientific meetings held immediately before the 107th Annual Meeting. Many urologists are surely keen to hear of such results.

We therefore have decided to have a Late-breaking & Encore Session during the 107th Annual Meeting to immediately share the latest findings with the association’s members.

We invite those wishing to share their latest research results at this session to submit abstracts.

1. Abstract Submission period

February 6 (Wednesday) 2019, 14:00 – March 12 (Tuesday) 2019, 14:00
(Japan Standard Time)

2. Important points in submitting late-breaking abstracts

  • Only a limited number of late-breaking abstracts will be accepted.
  • In principle, those who have already registered their abstracts on general topics are not allowed to apply for late-breaking abstracts.
  • Whether abstracts are accepted or not and the presentation date will be determined by the scientific conference organizer and results will be notified to applicants.
  • Late-breaking abstracts will not be included in the program book for the conference. They will only be posted on the online abstracts browsing system and the app. We would appreciate your understanding.

COI (Conflict of Interest) Disclosure Declaration

The first author of the presentation must disclose all necessary information in the provided COI form at the time of abstract submission.
