Cancellation

To cancel your registration, please send an e-mail stating your intention to cancel to 3rd-gicore@congre.co.jp by Feburary 3, 2016.

Please mention whether you are part of any sessions, and also indicate your intention to withdraw as well.

VISA Request

VISA assistance deadline: Feburary 3, 2016

For those who need an assistance to have visa issued, please send an e-mail to the Secretariat (3rd-gicore@congre.co.jp). We will then send you the VISA assistance application form to your e-mail address. Please fill in the form and return it to the Secretariat via e-mail by February 3, 2016.

Upon request, the Secretariat will also be able to issue a letter of invitation and necessary documents to those who need a visa to complete the registration.
