Call for Abstracts

APCHF 2018 invites all interested applicants to submit a scientific abstract for oral, poster presentation. Please submit your abstract in the Abstract Submission Form via email at apchf2018@congre.co.jp

Period for Abstract Submission

• Notification of abstract acceptance will be informed in August, 2018 by e-mail.

Abstracts Submission

• Every abstract should be written in the abstract form within 250 words; research abstracts should include Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions, while case reports do not necessarily describe these factors and can be freely formatted.
• Abstracts must be text only and submitted in English; abstracts should not contain any illustrations, images, graphs or tables.
• To submit your abstract, please download the Abstract Submission Form here.
• After completing the form, please send your abstract form to: apchf2018@congre.co.jp (Please enter “APCHF 2018 Abstract” in the subject of your e-mail.)

Young Investigator Award (YIA)

To recognize and encourage the outstanding research undertaken by young investigators, APCHF2018 is offering Young Investigator Awards (YIA) of JPY 30,000.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be:

• Under 40 years old as of October 13, 2018.
• The first author of accepted abstracts.

How to Apply

Applicants should select “Apply for YIA” when completing the submission form.

* The abstract must be original and unpublished.

* Basic Research, Clinical Research, Case Report are acceptable.
