Please follow the guidelines below to submit your abstract to ASAD 2021.

Please note that we do not accept any e-mail submission.

How to Submit

Please click the “Abstract Submission” button below when you submit for the first time.

After registering your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your registration ID and password.

If you wish to amend your submitted abstract, please click the “Abstract Modification” button below and enter your ID and Password.

You can edit your abstract at any time up until the deadline for abstract submissions.

Abstract Acceptance Notification

All abstracts submitted online will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Board. The first author will be notified by email whether an abstract is accepted or not accepted in late July 2021.
Authors of abstracts selected as “outstanding abstracts” may be asked to orally present on-site during the “Selected Poster” session.

Conflict of Interest (COI)

A COI disclosure statement must be included in presentation slides.
