Instructions |

1. |
All abstract, oral and poster presentations must be a maximum of 400 words for the body text and written in English. |
2. |
Please write [Introduction] [Methods] [Results] [Conclusions] in order. |
3. |
The abstract should not contain any illustrations, photographs, tables or references. |
4. |
The title of an abstract: within 30 words in English. |
5. |
Abstracts received by fax cannot be accepted. |

Abstract Review and Selection |
|
Abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Organizing Committee. Acceptance of abstracts will be notified by email to the first/presenting author. If you have not received any notice by mid-October, please e-mail the secretariat at eacic2015reg@congre.co.jp.
Upon acceptance of the abstract, authors are expected to pre-register online. To avoid the disruption of session by "No-Show" of presenters, abstracts will be published in the abstract book only if the presenting author completes the online pre-registration, and other authors are expected to pay the registration fee online or on-site.

Presentation Style |

Oral Presentations |
|
All PC presentation data must be written in English, and also the presentation must be made in English.
No slide projector or overhead projector will be available at the venue. |

Poster Preparation |
|
1. |
All materials on the poster must be written in English. |
2. |
Posters should be readable by viewers 1-2 meter away.
The message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation. |
3. |
Posters should possess a clear and concise title with a presenter, co-authors, and institutional affiliations. |
4. |
Graphs and diagrams often convey a lot more than just words, as long as they are clear and simple. |
5. |
To distribute the prepared hand-outs or photocopies to the participants is not required but strongly encouraged.
Audio-visual equipment cannot be used. |

Poster Mounting & Removal |
|
The poster number will be given after the date of abstract acceptance notification so that you can smoothly find the poster panel being assigned to you. |
|
|
 |
|
Responsibility for Posters |
|
The Organizing Committee does not assume any responsibility for material displayed on the poster boards. No one will be held responsible for posters not collected at the end of the Conference. |
