Abstract Submission
Please kindly download the registration form and fill out required fields. Then, please submit it with your head shot to the Conference Secretariat by E-mail.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstract title must not exceed 25 words.
- The abstract body text should be limited to 450 words.
- The title and the body text must be written in English.
- The first author must present his/her paper(s) at the symposium.
- Applicants must agree that the copyright of abstracts will be transferred to the symposium.
YIA (Young Investigators Award)
ISARSH2019 will be offering the “Young Investigators Award” to young investigators regardless of his or her nationality (40 years old or younger as of February 28, 2019) who presented the outstanding abstracts. Based on the score of abstract and presentation at the conference venue, the best presenter will receive JPY 100,000, and other chosen presenters will receive JPY 50,000.
Overseas Scientist Travel Grant
ISARSH2019 will be offering the “Overseas Scientist Travel Grant” to young overseas investigators (45 years old or younger as of February 28, 2019) who submitted the outstanding abstracts. Based on the score of the abstract, the main author will receive JPY 100,000.
Asian Scientist Travel Grant
ISARSH2019 will be offering the “Asian Scientist Travel Grant” to young Asian investigators (45 years old or younger as of February 28, 2019) who submitted the outstanding abstracts. Based on the score of the abstract, the main author will receive JPY 50,000. This grant has a higher probability of awards than Overseas Scientist Travel Grant.
Accommodation Grant
ISARSH2019 will be offering the “Accommodation Grant” to young investigators resident in Japan (40 years old or younger as of February 28, 2019) who submitted the outstanding abstracts. Based on the score of abstract and presentation at the conference venue, the main author will receive JPY 30,000.
Notes:
- Grant projects are still pending. Types of grants or grant amount may change.
- Recipients of the award will be nominated beforehand by reviewers.
- The award will be given to the recipients at the award ceremony.
Please indicate application for the grants when you submit an abstract. - Applicants of travel grants can not apply for accommodation grant, and vice versa.
