Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan: http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html
Designated speakers and the chairpersons are able to make a request for the visa support documents. If you wish to enter Japan, please use the mail template below and subscribe request visa support to the congress secretariat. Please note that your application will be reviewed by the organizer and in some cases issuance of documents may be declined.
It sometimes takes more than a month to obtain a visa from the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, so we suggest you to request the congress secretariat for the supporting documents by Wednesday, April 20, 2022.
Please also note that the documents issued by the organizer do not assure the applicants of obtaining the visa but will be judged by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate where you have applied for your visa. The Japanese Embassy or Consulate may also have their own separate requirements for other documents.
Please note that we are unable to assist with any applications received after the deadline.
Please use the mail template below and subscribe request visa support to the congress secretariat. After the submitted information is confirmed by the congress secretariat, we will contact you in return for further information.
