Online Registration

JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022 will be held as a hybrid meeting (on-site, live-streaming, and post-event on-demand streaming). To participate in JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022, prior registration must be made on the JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022 website.
On-site registration for participation on the days of JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022 is not possible.

Online registration periods

Early bird registration: Up to 23:59 on May 9 (Monday), 2022
Regular registration: Starts at 10:00 on May 16 (Monday), 2022
Registration period: July 20 (Wednesday), noon (JST)
*Registration fee varies between the above periods.

The fee covers in-person attendance and participation via live-streaming and post-event on-demand streaming (excluding some sessions).

Notes:

1. Payment method:
   Please pay the registration fee by credit card.
   On-site registration on the days of JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022 is not possible.
2. Tax on registration fee:
   JSIR regular and associate members and APSCVIR regular and associate members: Tax is not charged.
   Other participants: Tax is charged.
3. To register as a junior resident, you are required to upload a certificate of employment or any other document that certifies your status as such.
4. To register as an undergraduate student, you are required to upload your student ID.
   Graduate students should register in the category of “Non-members (Doctor/Others).”
5. Notice to those who have registered in the category of “APSCVIR regular members,” “APSCVIR associate members,” “junior residents,” or “undergraduate students”:
   In-person participants will be handed the Program and Abstract Book at the reception desk on the day of JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022.
   Online participants will not be sent the Program and Abstract Book. Please use the Abstract Book which will be posted on this website later. The password to access the Abstract Book will be sent by email: by the start of JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022 to early bird registrants who have completed the registration on or before May 9 (Monday), 2022; and on a rolling basis to regular registrants.

To change your registration information or cancel your registration, log in to “My Page” and click the “Edit” or “Cancel” button.
Please note that the registration fee, once paid, cannot be refunded for any reason.

How to participate

In-person participation

1. After the payment of the registration fee is confirmed, a payment confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered.
2. Please log in to “My Page” by accessing the URL given in the payment confirmation email and print your Confirmation sheet by clicking the “Display Confirmation sheet” button.
3. Please bring the certificate with you to the JSIR, ISIR & APSCVIR 2022 venue. You will be given your name tag at the reception desk in the Exhibition Hall on the 1st floor of the Hall No.1 Building, Kobe International Exhibition Hall.

*The Online streaming log in ID given in the payment confirmation email is necessary for viewing live-streamed and on-demand-streamed sessions. Please be sure to keep the ID at hand. The procedures to view these sessions will be posted on this website later.

Online participation

Sessions available for online viewing

• Live-streaming: From June 4 (Saturday) to 6 (Monday), 2022
  On-site sessions will be live-streamed, except the Ethics Seminar and the. A certificate of attendance at these two sessions will be issued to in-person participants only.
• On-demand streaming: From noon on June 20 (Monday) to 23:59 on July 20 (Wednesday), 2022 (JST)
  On-site and live-streamed sessions will be made available for on-demand viewing during the above period, except the 22nd Technical Workshop, which will be presented for viewing on the website of the JSIR later.

Receipt and participation certificate

Please download and print the receipt and participation certificate from “My Page” as necessary.
The URL to log in to “My Page” will be given in the payment confirmation email sent to the email address you registered.

Download period

Receipt: From the date the payment of the registration fee is confirmed to August 31 (Wednesday), 2022
Participation certificate: From July 22 (Friday) to August 31 (Wednesday), 2022
