To Moderators

Please be kindly seated 10 min. prior to the session at the next ｍoderator’s seat in the room.

The moderators have been requested to maintain strict control over the time schedule for the whole scientific program.

To Speakers

• As for the presentation time, please check the announcement sent by the congress secretariat, since each session has an individual composition.
• The indicator on the podium gets yellow 1 min. prior to the end of your allotment and gets red when your time is up.
• Please be punctual to the allotted presentation time and follow the ｍoderator’s instructions during the session.
• The official format of an oral presentation is via projector using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Your presentation slides must be prepared in 16:9 format.
• The plane of projection is single.
• Please be kindly seated 10 min. prior to the session at the next speaker’s seat in the room.
• There is a monitor, a keyboard and a mouse for your operation on the podium.

PC Preview Room

• The PC Preview Room is located in Room G and Room H of ICC Kyoto.
• All presenters must load and test their presentation in the PC Preview Room 60 min. prior to their session.

• For those who will be presenting in the early morning, please register your data 30 min. Prior to the session or on the previous day, if possible.

Presentation Data Creation Guidelines

• All presenters are required to include a COI disclosure on the second slide of their presentation regardless of whether or not they have a conflict of interest.
• Please bring your presentation data on a USB flash drive; other media such as CD-Rs and MOs are not supported. Please make sure that your data has been checked with the latest anti-virus software.
• The file name should be [Your name_Presentation number].
• Operating system on site is Windows (PowerPoint 2013/2021), and it is not compatible with Mac. Please bring your own PC if you use Mac.
• Please use the fonts stored in the OS by default.
  English: Times and New Roman, Arial, and Century
• If you use video data, we recommend you to bring your own laptop.
• If you use a video in PowerPoint, please bring video files that can be played in Windows Media Player.
• Please check your data with the latest Virus Scanner in advance.

Precautions for Bringing Your Own Laptop

• We have “HDMI cables” only for connecting the PC to the projector.
• If you have a different output connector, please bring an appropriate conversion connector. Please make sure to bring your own AC adapter.
• Please cancel the password, screensaver, and power-saving settings of your computer in advance.
• Please do not use presenter view for the presentation.
• Please be sure to bring your back-up data with you.
