- Registration fee will be waived for all participants from overseas.
- On-site registration only.
- Please show your passport at the registration desk and you will receive your name tag and a program booklet.
- All participants are required to wear a name tag in order to attend the JSSR2019 programs.
- Name tags cannot be re-issued in any case.
English Presentation Award
JSSR calls for abstracts for “English Presentation Award Session” to recognize the best English presentations by researchers. 48 abstracts have been selected and the best presenters (up to 10 abstracts) will be awarded at Welcome Reception on April 18 (Thu).

Break Area is located at Exhibition Lounge (PACIFICO Yokohama Exhibition Hall A).
Refreshments will be served. Please enjoy Yamanashi sweets and wine that you can purchase.
Internet/ Wi-fi
You will have access to the wireless internet for free at Conference Center and Exhibition area by SSID “FREE-PACIFICO”.
Mobile Phones/Devices
Please turn off your mobile phone or set to silent mode in the session rooms. Please also refrain from voice/video recording and photographing without permission.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all areas except smoking area (1F, PACIFICO Yokohama Exhibition Hall).
Paging Service
We do not make announcements for paging someone at the venue.
Please use the information board placed 2F, PACIFICO Yokohama Conference Center.

All participants can use the service of MICEnavi on your smartphone and mobile tablet devices for searching programs and your schedule management of JSSR2019.

- Search for JSSR2019 and download application.
