Poster Presentation Data Preparation Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines before preparing your presentation data. Also, please convert your data to PDF format and upload it by clicking on the registration button below.
Please note that your individual login ID and password for the upload system will be sent to you by e-mail from the secretariat.
If you do not know your login ID and password, please contact the secretariat by e-mail（msac2020-abs@congre.co.jp）.

  • The presentation file should be Microsoft PowerPoint format (with extension “.pptx”）

    Supported Environment：
    Windows PowerPoint Ver: 2010/2013/2016/2019/365
    Mac PowerPoint Ver: 2011/2016/2019/365
    *Recommended: Windows OS PowerPoint 2016/2019/365
    　　　　　　　　Mac PowerPoint 2019/365
    *The older version of PowerPoint could have a problem such as a misalignment.
    *PDF file is also supported. In case of using other software such as keynote, please convert it to PDF format.
    *If you have any problem with converting your file, please send your original file through file share service.

  • The size should be standard size, wide screen (16:9) or standard (4:3), and should be created as a maximum of 10 slides including the title page.
    Any other size may result in a smaller display.
    For slide size, please specify "Slide Size" from "Page Setup" at the top of the "Design" page in PowerPoint.
  • Conflict of interest (COI) disclosure is required on the slide. Please include it on the second slide.

  • Movie, Sound, animation cannot be used. Once you upload it, these effects will be invalid.
  • Please make sure to virus check before you upload your file.
  • Please make a presentation file with multiple pages. (same as a normal oral presentation file.)
  • The maximum file size: 500MB.
  • The file name should be [Poster Number, Presenter Name (English).pdf].
  • Supported font:

    Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New, Georgia
    *Mac Osaka font could cause a misalignment.
    *Special fonts will be converted to standard format, therefore it could cause a misalignment.
