Virtual Program (VOD Video on demand)・Oral Presentation Data Preparation Guidelines

Please read the following guidelines before preparing your presentation data. Also, please convert the data you submit into a video file and upload it by clicking on the registration button below.
Please note that your individual login ID and password for the upload system will be sent to you by e-mail from the secretariat.
If you do not know your login ID and password, please contact the secretariat by e-mail（msac2020-abs@congre.co.jp）.

  • The presentation time is as follows.
    Virtual Program (VOD (Video on demand)) Presentation time 20 minutes
    Oral presentations Presentation time 15 minutes
  • Please upload a MP4 movie file.
    （Please refer to a manual to find how to convert Microsoft PowerPoint to MP4 file.）

    *Please convert your file to MP4 format even when using other software such as Keynote.
    *If there is a difficulty to convert your file to MP4, please send your PowerPoint file to our support desk by data transfer service.

【Notes on making a PowerPoint slides】

  • Please make your presentation with wide screen (16:9）or standard (4:3）display size. The presentation file with other display size may not be displayed properly.
  • Conflict of interest (COI) disclosure is required on the slide. Please include it on the second slide.

  • Please embed your movie or sound in your file.
  • Please make sure to virus check before you upload your file.
  • The maximum file size: 1GB.
  • The file name should be [ Presenter Name (English).pdf].
  • Supported font:

    Times New Roman, Arial, Arial Black, Arial Narrow, Century, Century Gothic, Courier, Courier New, Georgia
    *Mac Osaka font could cause a misalignment.
    *Special fonts will be converted to standard format, therefore it could cause a misalignment.

【Notes on converting PowerPoint file to MP4 file】

  • Please convert your MP4 file by Full HD, 1920:1080 (16:9) or 1440:1080(4:3).
    4K is not supported.
