JGCA2024 Official Application and Web Abstract System　

JGCA2024 Official Application will be available in mid-February.

VISA Support

For participants who need to obtain a VISA to enter Japan, pre-registration for this meeting is required. Please access to the following “Visa Application” button to register for a meeting registration and make a payment by 11:59pm, January 31, 2024 (JST). We cannot accept any requests after the deadline.

*Please note that JGCA2024 will issue visa support documents, but this does not guarantee that you will receive a visa.
