Hands-on Seminar
(Wet Lab)

We are pleased to announce the Hands-on Seminar (Wet Lab) as part of the APPREA2026’s sessions.

1.Overview

This seminar provides participants with hands-on experience and skill acquisition using the following three devices.

Station 1:
LYNX LIO (Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope, Norlase)

Station 2:
RetCam Envision (Natus, iNEXT)

Station 3:
Neo 3nethra FA-HD (Forus Health)

Participants will be divided into three small groups (approximately 5–7 people each) to gain hands-on experience with all three devices, rotating through the stations in the following sequences:

Group A: Station 1 → Station 2 → Station 3

Group B: Station 2 → Station 3 → Station 1

Group C: Station 3 → Station 1 → Station 2

2.Target Participants

Young and early-career ophthalmologists

3. Format & Capacity

Small-group rotation format (three groups, approximately 5–7 participants per group)

Total capacity: 25 participants

4. Schedule

Date and Time:
17:20-18:20, July 25 (Sat), 2026

*Sessions will be held in parallel with the poster discussion.

Venue: 3rd floor, Foyer, KUMAMOTO-JO HALL
