General Information

1. Registration

Please pick up your name card and certificate of attendance during the designated time.
Kindly ensure that you wear your name card at all times within the venue.

Abstracts will be available in the PDF Abstract Book on the meeting website.
Please note that a printed abstract book will not be published.
The password for viewing the PDF abstract book was sent to registered participants via email.

Lunch boxes will be provided at the luncheon seminars on July 25 (Sat.). Please note that no lunch boxes will be provided on July 24 (Fri.). Hot coffee / Tea is available at A1, 3rd Floor, KUMAMOTO-JO HALL at break times.

Lost and Found:
Lost property will be kept at the General Information Desk (Foyer, 3rd Floor, KUMAMOTO-JO HALL).

Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs):
They are located on each floor.

Dress Code:
Attendees are encouraged to wear Cool Biz attire (no tie required; smart casual).
